Incredible Product

I’ve been using iPayments for over 3 years across 2 companies. The embedded credit card processor is seamless and far easier than our previous manual process. My favorite feature by far though is Collection Manager, which has made it so easy for our team to work delinquent accounts. Our DSO has been dramatically reduced since adoption, and that is largely due to our use of this product. The iSolutions Team is thoroughly knowledgeable, patient, and receptive to feedback. iPayments is a must-have for companies using Business Central in my opinion due to the value provided.

Great App

I have been really impressed with how well iPayments integrates with Business Central. There were a few hiccups as is expected with an integration, but now things work pretty seamlessly. Our customers love the paylink option. Between that and the collections module, we have seen a huge increase timely payments which has helped our cash flow tremendously. The team at iSolutions is also really great to work with. They are kind, courteous and always respond quickly when support is needed.
