Microsoft has rolled out fixes to most environments to address this fix. If your environment has not yet been updated, please open a ticket with Microsoft and have them escalate the issue.

Microsoft has confirmed the issue and is currently rolling out a fix that will eventually be in all environments. Please see below from Microsoft:
There has been an update that a fix (KB) has been created. “the product team has identified and created a fix for the issue. They are in the process of deploying a hotfix over the course of today and upcoming days. In issues regarding hotfix, it takes around two weeks for it to get to all environments.” It can get to you before then, but we do not want to set an expectation we cannot meet.

Emailing functionality within the iPayments Business Central application is impacted by a Business Central known issue.
There is an issue that Microsoft has identified and is working on which impacts the ability of users to send emails through the user interface in Business Central. This issue impacts the iPayments application. Microsoft has a team working on the problem and will make an announcement when the issue is resolved and updates are rolled out. There is no current known work-around for this issue.
This issue began appearing in Business Central SaaS environments on or about April 10, 2024 concurrent with an update. It impacts version 23 of Business Central. It initially impacted version 24 as well, however a fix has been issued for that version.
