The Pre-Sales Process for a BC Add-On When Working with a Partner
Many of the leading Microsoft partners like Stoneridge Software, JourneyTeam, Queue Associates, Kopis, and others recommend iSolutions as their preferred AR partner for Business Central. When you work with a partner, they collaborate with the iSolutions team to share context about your organization, Business Central environment, and AR goals, and help to coordinate a demo.
Our team will meet with you and showcase how the iPayments application can help you meet your AR automation needs – whether that be adding the ability to accept credit card payments, streamline and automate collections, provide a customer portal, or all of the above.
After the demo, we’ll provide you a quote for the apps that fit your needs. iSolutions currently offers three apps for Business Central: iPayments Basic, iPayments Advanced, and National Accounts. Once you are ready to proceed, we’ll send you an invoice and schedule you for onboarding with our support team.
The monthly invoice for your subscription will come directly from iSolutions.

Some Business Central users prefer to research third-party apps on their own or come to us through recommendations from other BC users. In those cases, customers reach out to the iSolutions team directly to learn more about how iPayments fits their AR automation needs.
From there, the process is the same as the partner-led experience. We’ll meet with you to showcase how iSolutions can help meet your AR automation needs and after a demo, we’ll provide you with a quote to implement our app and for the monthly subscription fee.
When a partner is involved, they’re often able to provide additional upfront context that helps accelerate the demo process—but regardless of how you engage with us, our goal remains the same: to deliver a smooth experience and help you get paid faster in Business Central.
If you are not working with a partner, we do recommend that you inform your partner of your choice to implement the iPayments or National Accounts app into your Business Central environment.

The Role a Partner Plays After Go-Live of an Add-On Product
Once you’re live with iPayments or the National Accounts application, the solution runs natively within your Business Central environment and typically requires little ongoing involvement from either your partner or the iSolutions team. iSolutions will continue to share product updates and release information so you can take advantage of new features and enhancements as they become available.

For questions or support needs related to core Business Central functionality outside of the iSolutions app, your Microsoft partner will remain your primary point of contact.
