When an approved user attempts to access the iSolutions Customer Portal, they have two secure login options: enter their password or request a Magic Link.
If they choose the Magic Link option, all they need to do is enter their email address on the login screen. As long as their account is valid, they’ll instantly receive an email with a secure, one-time-use link. Clicking that link takes them directly into their Customer Portal with no password required.
Each Magic Link is valid for one hour, after which a new link must be requested. This ensures both security and convenience, giving users fast, frictionless access while protecting their account.
