How to Re-Print Receipts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Re-Printing Receipts

If a receipt is misplaced by a customer, they might come to you looking for a copy. Some businesses even need to re-print receipts for their own reconciliation purposes. iSolutions makes this process simple. Here’s how to do it:

Start by opening Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and clicking into the posted sales invoice. In this example, we will be working with PS-INV103235. From here, you can go to “Actions” and then select “iPayments.”


Next, you will want to pull up the reference.

Once that field is filled in, you will want to select “More Options,” followed by “Actions,” and then “Print Receipt.”

Click “Print.”


You can then save it as a PDF.
