ChargeLogic Connect is discontinuing core features for payment processing on September 30, 2024. Features being discontinued include:
- Click to pay
- Payment portal
- E-commerce
- Gift cards
- Secure remote storage
This discontinuation will impact Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central users on version 21.x or earlier.
In order to retain the features listed above, ChargeLogic customers are recommended to upgrade from their legacy ERP solution to Dynamics 365 Business Central. Businesses who are not ready to move off their current ERP solution have two options.
- Update your business processes and inform your customers about the changes to your payment programs
- Implement a new solution to replace the functionality gap that will occur September 30
