What can customers do in the portal?

With the customer portal from iSolutions, you can provide specific customers access to their account information including open invoices, closed or paid invoices, and open quotes. They are able to make payments, which are then automatically applied to the open invoice in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Is the portal secure?

Absolutely. The portal includes built-in authentication and encryption to protect sensitive customer and payment data. Payments are processed through tokenization and no data is stored anywhere outside of Business Central.

Can you choose which customers can make payments and view account information within the Customer Portal?

All access is given through Business Central on the contact level. You can choose specific permission levels for each individual at an organization. Admin level users have access to everything within the account while Limited users can only see invoices that are billed to their name.
